This bar features medium-depth knurling with a 28.5mm handgrip diameter for a secure grip when lifting and rotating sleeves to reduce pressure on the wrists and forearms. The length of the bar is 1855mm with a shaft length of 51.5-inches between the sleeves. The loadable sleeve length is 9.75-inches, allowing plenty of room to hold Olympic weight plates.
